Operating since 1947, Brown & Moodie is a mechanical and hydraulic contractor with more than 75 years behind it, delivering commercial pipework and building services across NSW and Queensland from its Stapylton base. This is a contractor for large projects rather than household callouts. Its hydraulic plumbing teams install drainage, stormwater, sewer, cold and hot water, sanitary plumbing and fixtures and siphonic systems for commercial buildings, health infrastructure, data centres, defence, corrective services, education, mining and water and sewage treatment plants. The scope also covers natural gas services with multistage regulators and commissioning, backflow prevention device testing and certification, trade waste including grease arrestors, rainwater reuse, pumps and filtration. Mechanical pipework, asset services, pre-fabrication and pipework design round out the business, which is a member of the QLD AMCA.
