Chris Vella Plumbing and Gasfitting

Chris Vella started his own plumbing and gasfitting business in Mackay in 2004, and it still trades from Shop 3/1 Woodman Parade with fast, reliable service as its main aim. The firm is a member of the Master Plumbers Association of Queensland. Drainage work uses Ridgid drain cleaning machines, high-pressure cleaning and a water jetter for heavily blocked lines, with a drain camera and pipeline locator to find faults, and it repairs or installs stormwater and sewer lines. Gas work covers leak detection and repairs plus new installs of hot water systems, cooktops and ovens, each with a gas compliance certificate. Staff have extra training to service and test backflow valves and thermostatic mixing valves. It also repairs domestic and commercial water pumps, installs rainwater tanks, gutters and downpipes, and is a warranty service agent for Zip instant boiling water units. QBCC licence 1047108.
