Nuspace Homes

Renovating Gold Coast homes since 2002, Nuspace Homes is a design and build renovation company with a kitchen and bathroom showroom near Runaway Bay. Director Mark is a fully licensed home builder, plumber and gas fitter, and the company employs its own designers, plumbers, carpenters and tilers rather than relying on subcontractors, which lets it finish most kitchen and bathroom renovations in about two weeks. Work covers bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, NDIS bathrooms for the elderly and people with disability, unit and whole home renovations, garage conversions and custom wardrobes. Its plumbing and gas service handles renovation plumbing, removing and installing hot water systems, repositioning pipes, drains and sewage lines, and fitting toilets, baths, showers, sinks and tapware. The company is a QBCC licensed renovation builder and a Master Builders member, holding plumbing, drainage and gas fitting licences, with one contract and one contact per project. It is women owned.
